We inspect according to sanitary requirements
Inexorable endurance test in the own DVGW-test bed

At Mair Heiztechnik only pipes and pipe connectors which dispose of the attested security are delivered. Our pipes have to satisfy the high requirements of the sanitary domain. The examination in the change -of –temperature- test bed is one of the most severe for pipe systems.
According to DVGW-worksheet W 534, part II (change of temperature experiment) the computerised testing bed of Mair Heiztechnik is appropriated for the control of pipes and pipe connectors. DVGW-worksheet W 534 prescribes that the tested installation has to be impinged for 15 minutes in warm water (93°C +/- 2°C) and 15 minutes in cold water (20° C +/- 5°C). A cycle consists of one period of warm water and a cold one. The examination finishes after 5000 cycles.
During the entire examination leaks aren’t allowed.

- The test admits 8 ropes of pipes.
The test admits 8 ropes of pipes. The test bed has two closed circuits (warm and cold) so that no fresh water is consumed during the standard operation. Abundant warmth can be emitted to the heating of the building.
The process of a change of temperature experiment according to DVGW-work sheet W 534 lasts at least 100 days. The daily stored data would fill about 180 DIN A4 pages. The test bed of Mair Heiztechnik stores various measured data (temperatures, pressure...)
The intervals in which the measured data is recorded can vary. During the experiment the switchover between the warm and cold water as well the strict observance of the chosen temperatures in the warm and cold water box.
