Mair Heiztechnik endeavours to be the preferred and trusted partner of its clients. This can only be realised on the basis of a well functioning quality management.

The customer is at the centre of the operations. Satisfaction of the customer secures long-term success and thus the jobs of the workforce. Success depends essentially on the qualifications and dedications of the employees. All members of staff are obliged to do everything in their power to meet and maintain the standards set by the quality management system in that they follow the directives provided by the quality policy which is introduced by the management.

Professional and Advanced Training

The skills and dexterity of all employees are promoted by courses so that they are always abreast of the latest state of art in their specific field. The need and scope of such courses is defined by the management and coordinated with the staff.

Evaluation of Contracts

It is, moreover, ensured that the requirements of customers are adequately defined and established and that Mair Heiztechnik, as supplier, disposes of the capacity to fulfil the requirements of the clients economically, technically and with regard to the dateline.

Development

With regard to design, construction and development of new products it is ensured that they are in conformity with all the defined quality requirements. This procedure applies to all persons and departments participating in design, development, testing and introduction of new products.

Procurement

In the field of procurement it is secured that necessary products are only purchased from carefully selected and adapted suppliers. With the aid of an established ordering system it is ensured that all goods are purchased according to demand ant hat they meet the high quality standard expected from them.

Generally a supplier is evaluated according to the type of products and the former experience with him. New products respectively products of new suppliers will appear on our supply program only after a meticulous examination.

Production

It is warranted that production and maintenance processes which directly affect the product quality are at all times under control. An organised maintenance is necessary to avoid disturbances in the processes and production and to maintain the value of the business assets. To reach this aim there are prepared maintenance schedules which prescribe the tasks and the intervals.

Tests and examinations

Examination of the received goods proofs that the delivered products comply with the demands made on them by Mair Heiztechnik. Such examinations are performed according to current procedures and instructions on all delivered products which are a component of the delivery program or which are processed into such products.

New developments respectively new products are, before their induction to the supply program, subject to comprehensive quality tests for which Mair Heiztechnik also engages external test institutions. Such tests correspond to the prior art . Products are only accepted if the comply with these standards.

Products are in addition subject to internal test verifying once more that the relevant standards and regulations are accomplished. All the measuring and test devices used for the verification of products are certified as suitable and up-to date.

Application

This captive quality management system applies to all corporate departments. The policy defines that every department acts as customer or service provider of any other department.

This QM system does not represent an inflexible framework of standards, rules and instructions. Modifications are necessary when customer wishes change, when there are new techniques or when environmental aspects become more important. All employees are thus obliged to verify, improve, adapt and to care for the QM system at all times.
